The world wasn’t
changed by
conformists

Atul Gawande, a writer and physician once said that in the medical profession there was this small set of ‘positive deviants’. A group of people who are operating in the same environment as everyone else, but are not constrained by conventional wisdom and so have the courage to think and act differently to the status quo.

This feels like us, but also feels like a bit of a fluffy thing to say. So we’ll just go with a gaggle of creatives, artists, singers, vegans, omnivores, eccentrics, introverts, activists, dreamers, thinkers, dads, mums, brothers and sisters wanting to do rebellious work for honest brands.

What we believe

Our values are at the core of our work and our culture. They’re non-negotiable.

Doing the right thing is always the profitable thing to do.

If you're not making people feel something, you're not getting this right.

Not informed? Be fascinated. Once fascinated get informed.

Life's too short for boring ideas and oversold promises.

Being honest isn't a licence to be unkind.
