We are delighted to announce that Don’t Cry Wolf has hired Olly Mitchell as director of design and brand. Olly’s focus is on growing and nurturing the design studio within the agency. He’s also leading branding projects and offering creative support to the wider team.
Olly joined Don’t Cry Wolf from Diva, an integrated creative agency. There, he looked after the design studio and worked across major brands in gaming, entertainment and consumer technology.
John Brown, Founder of Don’t Cry Wolf, said,
“Hiring Olly is a real milestone for the agency. With Olly, we’ve brought on board serious design and brand talent in response to growth in projects that are purely branding focused.
“But importantly, our creative work outside of branding is demanding more design and production skills to bring our ideas to life. We can’t wait to see what Olly does to grow the team and deliver stunning work.”
Listen, respect, trust
Olly Mitchell, director of design and brand at Don’t Cry Wolf, said,
“Don’t Cry Wolf stands out from other creative agencies. Whilst creating amazing work is obviously a big pull for me, being a B-Corp agency where the work we’re doing is a force for good makes the company very unique.
“It’s fearless and gutsy in its approach and that’s just what you need in the creative world if you’re truly going to make a difference. Everyone has a voice, is listened to and is respected and trusted. When you have that as an agency, you’re on to a winner! I can’t wait to develop our creative offering and take Don’t Cry Wolf to the next level.”
Don’t Cry Wolf saw around 60% growth in revenues 2021, distributing 1.5% of its revenue to charitable causes as well as reducing its carbon footprint by 40%.
