Meet Tom Chapman, DCW’s new account executive
Meet Tom, DCW’s new account executive and resident gaming enthusiast. He joins us having previously worked in PR on large development and regeneration projects focussed on sustainability and building a better future. So it’s safe to say he’s a perfect match for us!
Outside of work, our new recruit is a self-confessed nerd with a particular penchant for DnD (Dungeons and Dragons), Medieval Fantasy and video games. He’s even used his love for the world of gaming to help create conversation around positive change. Using his dissertation to drive discussions around the representation of women in gaming, Tom challenged the disparities in how the industry markets itself towards different genders. That’s what we call disrupting confidently.
On joining DCW, Tom said:
I fell in love with Don’t Cry Wolf after seeing the showreel they produced on LinkedIn back in January. I was completely in awe with how unapologetic the agency came across and sent my manager at the time a Teams message saying “one day”. I’ve been stalking them ever since and now here I am.
I really can’t stress enough how welcome the team has made me feel and how much I already feel like a part of the DCW family. I’m only a few weeks into my Don’t Cry Wolf journey, but I’m already really proud of the work we’ve done and I can’t wait to create even more!
Here’s what our Direct of Client Services, Jamie has to say:
Tom has been an absolute dream to work with and to say he’s hit the ground running is an understatement to say the least! His energy and enthusiasm has been infectious and I can safely say his DCW future is as bright and exciting as he is.
Tom joins Khalid as part of our fresh, new account executive team and all we can say is – watch this space!
